Overview

Seeking a Sr. Level WLAN Engineer to provide Professional Services to HarborTech Mobility’s clients to design, architecture, plan, implement and test enterprise network and mobility solutions. Hands on design and configuration of WLANs, & LANs, incorporating best practices and industry standard tools to tune and optimize systems for immediate end-customer use. Design, Architect, Deploy AAA & NAC systems for secure access and control of Mobility Networks; and Network Performance Monitoring & Management Systems. Perform WLAN and RF Design & Site Surveys for major accounts for 802.11 g/a/n/ac, mesh networks, wireless VoIP, including security, authentication & related protocols for WPA2 enterprise, .1x, EAP-PEAP and EAP-TLS, Radius, DNS, Microsoft AD, LDAP.

Requirements

Analysis, architecture, design and support of one or more of the following: Aruba Networks wireless systems, Cisco Networks wireless systems, or Motorola Networks wireless systems with current certifications. In-depth knowledge of general networking and security technologies. Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Overview

An exciting opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of duties, including processing client invoices, Accounts-Receivable and welcoming visitors to our office. In addition to supporting our Accounting function, this position will also provide support to the Account Support Managers.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices and accounts receivable; follow up on past-due accounts
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Receive payments from clients and post to Accounting System
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with billing and invoicing
• Assist in processing expense reports
• Provide sales commission reports to management based on pay cycle
• Prepare sales reports for all products, services, and projects
• Process Accounts Payable invoices
• Prepares monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Assists in the development and documentation of general practices and finance policies
• Perform month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Identify issues and bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients with warmth and friendliness.
• Maintain the office common areas, entryways, conference rooms, and kitchen areas; ensure they are kept neat, clean, and organized.
• Generate custom and ad hoc reports as requested by management
• Serve as backup support to Controller and Account Support Managers
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
• Support other ad hoc projects as needed
• Proactively seeks to assist others with tasks as needs arise and time allows.
